1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Vehicle Condition and Descriptions

All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" unless otherwise stated. While we strive to provide accurate translations of auction sheets and accurate photographs, Antony Auto is not responsible for undocumented defects or issues not visible in provided media.

3. Bidding and Cancellation

Placing a bid through our portal constitutes a legally binding contract. If you win a vehicle, you are obligated to pay the full invoice amount within 48 hours. Failure to pay will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and possible suspension of your account.

4. Shipping and Delays

While we arrange shipping on your behalf, we are not a shipping line. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs holds, port congestion, or carrier schedule changes. Marine insurance is highly recommended.
